This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the fair and decretal order dated 18.07.2019 in I.A. No. 1 of 2019 in O.S. No. 93 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Hosur.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, the certified copy of the decretal order has been obtained by the petitioner, after taking photocopy, the revision has been filed and while filing of the revision, the original / certified copy has been misplaced. Therefore, the petitioner already made an application to get yet another certified copy and the same would be produced as soon as it is ready and in the meanwhile, based on the photocopy filed before this Court along with the revision, the revision petition can been entertained, in view of the fact that the original / certified copy to be obtained by the petitioner, would be produced at the earliest point of time.

Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered with a condition that the certified copy to be obtained by the petitioner, shall be produced at the later point of time before this Court, when it is demanded. 4.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
