ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet/final report for FIR in Crime No.2/2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-32, All Women Police Station, Madipakkam, Chennai 600117, as expeditiously as possible within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that investigation completed. Charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur/Additional Mahila Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1 of 2022. He further submits that in this case, six persons are arrayed as accused to face trial for offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 294(b), 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and now, the case is posted for the appearance of the accused on 16.02.2022.
