When this matter is taken up, Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been now transferred to the District Crime Branch, Erode on account of the pecuniary jurisdiction.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh petition by impleading the correct respondent.
