The petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.266 of 2022 from the file of the Principal Sub Court at Myiladuthurai to the file of the Sub Court at Poonamallee.

2. The petitioner and the respondent married on 11.07.2019 and a child was born on 05.07.2020. The child is now aged about 4 years and it will be difficult for the wife to travel to Myiladuthurai, which is about 300 kilometers from Chennai.

3. The respondent, though served with notice, did not enter appearance.

4. Taking into consideration the overall circumstances, I am inclined to transfer the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.266 of 2022 from the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Myiladuthurai to the file of the Sub Court at Poonamallee.

4. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
