This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10560 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14049 of 2024 by order dated 29.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that petitioner was unable to mobilise the funds and also taking into consideration the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
