2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, fresh One Time Settlement has been arrived at. As such, the petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.27211 of 2022 is closed.
