O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.03.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the rights of the parties are crystallised by the Competent Civil Court of Law and the petitioner is a holder of the decree in OS No.149 of 2012.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not recognised the decree passed by the Civil Court.

4. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation under Section 14 of the Patta Pass Book Act, 1983. If any person submits the copy of the decree passed by the Competent Civil Court of Law, then the

Authorities Competent are bound by the same and they have to make necessary entries based on the Civil Court's decree.

5. Thus the first respondent is directed to take all necessary actions based on the decree submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
