This writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

Heard Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. 4.The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to temporarily disconnect the electricity to the electricity connection No.438-016-203 for the petitioner shop at No.36/1, Ground Floor, Brahmin Street, Koratur, Chennai-80, within a time frame.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the premises is let out to the third party tenant and consumption charges are regularly paid by the tenant and the said tenant has not been arrayed as party respondent. Without impleading the tenant as a party, who is the beneficiary of the service, the landlord has come with this writ petition seeking service connection.

6. Since this Court finds no merit in this writ petition without impleading the necessary party, the writ petition is filed. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
