This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.473 of 2015 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that though the earlier Inspector of Police closed the case, the present Inspector of Police has resumed the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Inspector of Police is directed to proceed with the investigation and take action in accordance with law expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
