O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Adyar, Chennai, pursuant to the compromise arrived at by the parties.

2. The first respondent/police has registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2017 as against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

3. The case is still in the stage of investigation. By passage of time, the parties have decided to bury their hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent police has registered a case the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2017 as against the petitioner had already been closed.

5. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
