The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having disobeyed the orders of this Court dated 11.08.2023 in W.P.No.23712 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for R1 & R2, by producing a copy of the calculation memo before this Court in proof of disbursement of the amount to the petitioner, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
