Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to allow the power of Attorney to appear as a party-in-person on behalf of the appellant in WA 446/2016 in WP NO. 33/2015 and consequently allow the power of Attorney to present the facts and argue the behalf of the appellant as a party-in -person before this Honble Court IN CMP.NO.938 OF 2017 and;

(ii) To permit the Power of Attorney namely Captain.M.S.Krishna kumar to appear as a party in person on the behalf of the appellant in W.A.446 of 2016 allow the Power of Attorney to present the facts and argue the behalf of the appellant as a party in person before this Honourable Court IN CMP.NO.2541 OF 2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of CAPT.M.S.KRISHNA KUMAR, PARTY IN PERSON Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Both the miscellaneous petitions are ordered by taking into consideration of the order of the learned Single Judge passed in WMP.No.4237 of 2017 in WP.No.25513 of 2016 dated 27.03.2017. We may not that the power-of-Attorney holder, who is the husband, seeks permission to appeal as a party-in-person. Accordingly, the applications are ordered.
