Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the condition comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.no.1232 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.36 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur and thereby permit the petitioner to deposit 20% of the amount ordered by the trial Court within 1 month dated 12.03.2019. O R D E R

Citing certain financial constraint and family medical issues, the petitioner submitted that they were unable to comply with the order dated 12.03.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1232 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.36 of 2019, directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the amount ordered by the trial Court within a period of one month. By taking lenient view, on the reasons cited by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant further time to petitioner for compliance of the aforesaid order dated 12.03.2019.

In the light of the above observation, the petitioner is granted further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to deposit 20% of the amount as ordered by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.1232 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.36 of 2019, by order dated 12.03.2019, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thriuvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
