2. The petitioner seeks Parole for the convict.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents produced a copy of G.O.Ms.No.916 dated 27.09.2022 whereby, the request has been rejected.

4. It is for the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.

5. Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
