This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the award dated 28.10.2024 passed in MCOP No.1585 of 2018 on the file of the Exclusive Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tirupur.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
