MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased R3. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notice has been served and name has been printed, none appeared for the proposed respondent. 3.It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of this petition that out of the three legal heirs of the deceased R3 namely S.Nallamuthu, S.Thangavelu and D.Samiyathal, two are already on record as R7 and R8 and their names have been printed and D.Samiyathal is sought to be impleaded as R13. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
