The Petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.529 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that son of the Defacto complainant had run on-line business in which he sustained huge loss and he absconded without informing Defacto complainant. It is alleged that the Petitioners along with other persons came to the house of the Defacto complainant and asked to return their money, abused and assaulted the Defacto Complainant and her daughter, due to which, both of them sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.
3. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.,J.

Crl.OP.No.24459 of 2022 Gv/drl alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Defacto Complainant had sustained grievous injuries, and later she died. Therefore, Section 506 (ii) IPC is converted into 302 of IPC. Hence, he vehemently opposed for granting bail to the Petitioners.
5. Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for both sides and also the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
