O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1430 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirupur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while the petitioner was enlarging on bail, he was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with three sureties one of the sureties shall be blood relative for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi. He further submitted that since the petitioner is hailing from poor family, he is able to execute a bond only for a sum of Rs.5,000/- and further, no body is willing to stand as surety for the petitioner. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for modification.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence under Sections 302 and 379 IPC, I am of the view, I do not find any reason to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the trial Court.
