Dispute between two groups in respect of maintaining the temple has led to complaint by the petitioner herein before the 2nd respondent police on 02.07.2024 and same has been registered in C.S.R.No.129 of 2024. The present petition is filed alleging that the respondent police 1/4

under the guise of conducting enquiry repeatedly calling the petitioner and also supporting the rival group.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that after conducting preliminary enquiry, since there is a dispute between two groups and riot situations prevailing, the matter is referred to Executive Magistrate. 3.

Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioners herein to participate in the proceedings likely to be initiated by the Executive Magistrate and put forth their case.
