This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to order substituted service to the 6th defendant by affixure on C.N.B and L.K.R by effecting publication in one issue of Tamil Daily in "Malaisudar".

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants have no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant /plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Madurai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 29.09.2023. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. List the matter on 29.09.2023.
