The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's revision dated 04.11.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 2 & 4 and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent.
3.The petitioner claiming as erstwhile owner of the property comprised in S.No.442/2-0.20 cents; S.No.443/11-0.05 cents; S.No.442/9-0.29 cents and S.No.443/5-0.17 cents in total 0.71 cents (punja land) in U.Keeranur Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District, has filed this writ petition alleging that the patta of the land has been wrongly changed in the name of the third respondent-Panchayat Union. The representation given by the petitioner in this regard on 21.12.2011 and 26.06.2019 along with the legal heir certificate in support of his representation has not sofar been disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. The learned Additional Government Pleader took notice on behalf of respondents 1,2 and 4. Today the proceedings of the District Revenue officer dated 20.09.
2019 is furnished by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1,2 and 4. In the said proceedings, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and dismissed with observation that if anybody aggrieved by this order, he can approach the competent Civil Court and get appropriate order. In view of the order passed by the District Revenue Officer on 20.09.2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum for any remedy. No costs.
