ORDER
The petitioner is the husband of one Keerthana who gone missing on 27.06.2024. Alleging that the respondent police has not investigated the complaint given by him which was registered in Crime No.528 of 2024, the present petition is filed to transfer the investigation.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, police has formed a team and secured Keerthana who is the wife of the petitioner and the said Keerthana is present before this Court.
3. Since the police have traced the missing lady, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
