This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to consider petitioner representation dated 07.8.2023 to release balance educational loan the required balance amount.

2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the 6th respondent would submit that the requested loan amount was already sanctioned to the petitioner. Hence, he would contend that nothing survives in this petition and that may be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner.

4. Therefore, by recording the submission made by the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
