ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20 (b)(ii) (B), of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 4 of Woman Harassment Act in Cr.No.804 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is case of the prosecution that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.985 kilograms of ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petitioner is having 2 previous case and he further submitted that petitioner's six previous petitions were dismissed and the investigation is not completed. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 2 previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
