ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.281 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 21.11.2021, due to some family dispute, the petitioner abused and assaulted the defacto complainant who is own father in a drunken mood with knife due to which, he sustained sever injuries. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for 20 days from 23.11.2021. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating though the injured has been discharged from the hospital, he suffered cut injuries in his abdomen and all over his body and that he had suffered 10 sutures. He would further submit that the petitioner has got one previous case and if he is released on bail, there is possibility of the petitioner tampering the evidence.
5.On seeing the grave nature of offence and the injuries sustained by the victim and the antecedents of the petitioner and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that if the petitioner is released on bail, there is possibility of the petitioner tampering the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
