Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner in Respondent Police dated 11.07.2015 in CSR No.136/2015 as against the alleged accused namely Mrs.B.Priya & Mr.Prakash and investigate the afore said case in a proper manner and direct the respondents to file its final report in a stipulated period.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by him on 11.07.2015 in CSR No.136/2015 as against the alleged accused namely Mrs.B.Priya & Mr.Prakash and investigate the same in a proper manner and direct the respondent to file final report in a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after due enquiry, the petition has been closed on 22.03.2016.
