This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. The petitioners 1 to 4

herein are claiming to be wife and three sons of the deceased sole petitioner.

2. This Court after having perused the affidavit filed in support of this application is convinced that the petitioners 1 to 4 herein are the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. Accordingly, this application is ordered. The petitioners 1 to 4 shall stand impleaded as petitioners 2 to 5 in the main writ petition.
