CRIME NO.1/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition dated 30/09/2021 in Crl.M.P.No.7778/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11000/2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11000 of 2021 on 29.06.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month for interrogation on receipt of summons.
