This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to permit him to amend S.T.C.No.217 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate - I, Perambalur instead of S.T.C.No.165 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur in Crl.O.P.No.20095 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.N.Elayaraja, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
