This application has been filed to recognize and bring on record the proposed appellants viz 1)J.Loganayaki, 2)J.Suguna and 3)J.Karthik as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above captioned Second Appeal.

2. Ms.S.A.Kanmani, learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 3 would submit that she has no objection in allowing the present miscellaneous petition.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 3 has no objection in allowing the present petition and being satisfied with the same, the miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
