Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Additional Director of Agriculture (Personnel), Chennai, the first respondent herein made in Pa.A.Pa.2/103863/2019 dated 28.08.2019 and the consequential proceedings of the Joint Director of Agriculture, Salem, the 2nd respondent herein made in Se.Mu.Aa.No.A1/5124/2018 dated 29.08.2019 quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to allow the petitioner herein to continue to work as Assistant Director of Agriculture at Kadayampatti, Salem District with all consequential service and monetary benefits including arrears of salary which has not been paid on account of transfer. Mr.R.Nikkhilesh Athav, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the interim stay granted by this Court at the time of admission, the petitioner was retained in the same place and subsequently, he was superannuated from service. 2/5

Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
