This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2017 for granting leave for 60 days to the petitioner's husband Ramesh (life convicts) C.T.No.10140 son of Pakkirisamy from the second respondent central prison, Cuddalore.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
