ORDER

Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Already several orders have been passed by this Court directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner therein, in accordance with law. It is noticed that the respondents have also sent proposals for constituting a new Township Vending Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act, 2014.

3. Considering the same, this Court directs the respondents to place the representation of the petitioner before the proposed Township Vending Committee for proper consideration. Pending such exercise, the respondents shall maintain the status quo as on date till the disposal of the petitioner's representation.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above observations. No costs.
