The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 303(1) of BNS (Section 379 of IPC)r/w 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No. 182 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.182 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police and as on date there is no petition or complaint pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police.
