ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.04.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for handing over of the key belonging to the factory, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3/6 2.Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered by the 2nd respondent and a decision will be taken within the time framed fixed by this Court and conveyed to the petitioner. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 28.04.2025 and take a decision in accordance with law and convey the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
