The Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras As The Provisional v. Nil

Comp. A.No.486 of 2023 in C.P.No.53 of 2013 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This Court has perused and examined the report of the learned Official Liquidator. The learned Official Liquidator has sought for ratification of the action of the learned Official Liquidator to appoint Mr.Vinay D.Taliwal as counsel to appear before the City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai in the matter of SEBI SPL., Case No.70 of 2016 (Complainant) Vs. Edserv Softsystems Limited (Accused No.1) on behalf of the Official Liquidator and also permit the learned Official Liquidator to settle the payment of the professional charges as per fee schedule approved by this Court vide its orders dated 18.12.2017 in C.A.No.896 of 2017.

This Court is satisfied with the report of the learned Official Liquidator and therefore, is of the considered view that the directions sought for by the learned Official Liquidator in this application can be granted.
