This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's petitions dated 18.07.2025 and 15.07.2025 and to file a final report in Cr.No.264 of 2024 dated 11.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.264 of 2024, charge sheet was filed before the learned 2/5

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
