2. These applications have been filed to set aside the abatement of O.P.No.493 of 2015 by the sole petitioner and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner in the above Original petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, Court is inclined to allow these applications.

4. Accordingly, Registry is directed to carry out the suitable amendments. The applicant is also directed to file clean copy of the Original petition incorporating the changes.

5. List these cases after two weeks.
