Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the record of impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka. No. 5932 / CKa / 2016 dated 19.10.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent admit the Reimbursement proposal and pay medical expenses of an amount of Rs. 85 000/-.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 19.10.2016 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to admit the Reimbursement proposal and pay medical expenses to the tune of Rs. 85 000/- to the petitioner. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that he has spent a sum of Rs.85,000/- towards his medical treatment. He submitted reimbursement claim for reimbursement of medical expenses. However, the amount has 2/5

not been reimbursed and the same has been rejected. The rejection Order has been passed in the year 2014. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.10569 of 2015 before this Court seeking to consider his appeal. Pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 03.06.2015 in the above Writ Petition, the appeal filed by the petitioner has also been rejected on 19.10.2016. Now, the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the said Order.

3. Considering the long delay in filing this Writ Petition, i.e., long delay of almost 7 years after rejecting the appeal, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
