ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2 nd respondent to declare that the 4 th respondent / Sangam ceases to exist in light of the proceedings of the 2 nd respondent dated 28.08.2024 and also the same being published in the Government Gazette No.37 dated 11.09.2024.
2. Heard Mr.A.Amalraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Page No.2 of 5
respondents 1 and 2.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the proceedings of the 2 nd respondent dated 28.08.2024 and the same being published in the Gazette No.37 dated 11.09.2024, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to declare the consequence of such order passed by the 2 nd respondent and which was published in the Government Gazette on 11.09.2024. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
