The petitioner, who is arrayed as 2nd accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.02.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a), 6(1) and 7(1) of ITP Act, in Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with first accused was running a brothel home with the help of one 38 years old woman from State of West Bengal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case and she has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the investigation.

4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed this petition by stating that the first accused has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only]

rrg with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
