The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 3213, 427, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No. 2801 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a quarrel between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, in which, the petitioner along with two other accused attacked the de facto complainant by wooden log and also scolded with filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences and caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that co-accused were arrested and released on bail. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Per contra, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and he has already involved in four previous cases and therefore,

he is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

kal 5.Considering the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.03.2016 kal Crl.O.P.No.5821 of 2016
