The petition has been filed to relax the condition (i.e.) 6(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18032 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past one month; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

3. Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
