This civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 06.06.2023 passed by the learned First Additional District Munsif, Puducherry in E.A.No.85 of 2017in E.P.No.10 of 2015 in O.S.No.727 of 2010 dismissing the petition filed under Section 47 read with Section 151 C.P.C to adjudicate the enforceability of excitability or the decree passed by this Court in O.S.No.727 of 2010 dated 15.10.2014 with reference to the judgment of this Court and dismiss E.P.No.10 of 2015. 2.When the above civil revision petition is taken up today, the learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that while dismissing E.A.No.85 of 2017 in E.P.No.10 of 2015 in O.S.No.727 of 2010 delivery has been recorded and E.P.No.10 of 2015 in O.S.No.727 of 2010 on the file of I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry has been closed and thereby, nothing survives for adjudication in this civil revision petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is in possession of the property.

4. In view of the fact that E.P.No.10 of 2015 in O.S.No.727 of 2/4

2010 on the file of I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, has been closed on 06.06.2023, nothing survives for adjudication in this civil revision petition and accordingly, the civil revision petition stands closed.
