2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.64 of 2025 final report was filed through e-filing on 28.07.2025 vide e-filing No.LTN-20230002837C202500174 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur.

4. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
