2. The respondent in A.No.9717 of 2018 is the applicant herein. The applicant was a defaulter in repayment of the loan to the respondent under the loan agreement dated 13.09.2017. Now, the applicant has settled the dues of the respondent and the same is also accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions.

3. Earlier, this Court had ordered attachment of the applicant's property by its order dated 12.07.2019 passed in A.No.9717 of 2018. Since 1/3

the dues have been settled, the applicant seeks for raising the order of attachment dated 12.07.2019 passed in A.No.9717 of 2018.

4. Since the applicant has settled the dues of the respondent, necessarily, this application will have to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed by raising the order of attachment dated 12.07.2019 passed in A.No.9717 of 2018. Registry is directed to intimate the same to the concerned Sub-Registrar office as well as concerned Court about the order passed by this Court for effecting in their respective records. 11.09.2023 rkm 2/3
