Even in the order dated 09.01.2013, the learned Single Judge of this Court had granted liberty to the legal representatives to restore the Writ Petition if they so desire since the writ petitioner had died and the Writ Petition was closed.

2. By this Petition, the legal representatives of the petitioner seek to restore the writ Petition.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and Leave is granted.

4. Registry is directed to number consequential petitions if they are otherwise in order.
