Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the 1st respondent police herein to give police protection for the petitioner and the property bearing Survey No.338/1 to the extent of 1 acre and 25 cents situated at Anchetty Village, Denkanikottai Sub Road, Krishnagiri District in view of the order in I.A. No.350 of 2017 in O.S.No.170 of 2017 on the file of the Sub-court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District. For Petitioner : Mr. K. Govi Ganesan For Respondents For R1 : Ms. S. ORDER

It is found that a complaint had been levelled against the petitioner by the counter petitioners and further the petitioner has also levelled a complaint against the counter petitioners and the respective FIRs are pending.

2. That apart, a civil suit is pending between the parties in respect of the property in issue. In such view of the matter, if according to the petitioner she has obtained the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order of injunction against the counter petitioners, it is open to the petitioner to enforce the same in the manner known to law. When the civil suit is pending, this court is not inclined to intervene under Section 482 of Cr.PC.

3. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
