2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired in Crime No.796 of 2019 and closed on 11.11.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
