ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Trial court to dispose of the O.S.No.523 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible which is pending before the Learned Additional District Court, Attur.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 13.08.2025, the learned Additional District Judge, Attur, has forwarded a letter to the Registry of this Court in D.No.552/2025 dated 20.08.2025 and has sought for three months time to dispose of the suit stating that the suit is not pending at the stage of cross examination of P.W.1.

3. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition and as requested by the learned Additional District Judge, Attur, three months time is granted to dispose of the suit in OS.No.523 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law.
